(1)WARRANTY

1)HPA provides a full warranty of six months from the official product use for all custom brackets and prosthetics. If the product is not used according to instructions or there are signs of abuse, the warranty is invalid.

2)If there is a malfunction in the customized bracket or prosthesis, please contact HPA customer service department service@healthypetagain.com. This warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by abnormal wear and tear or improper use.

 

 

(2)SHIPPING

1) HPA is responsible for the transportation costs of formal products and accessories, but does not include transportation costs incurred for returns.

2) From the first receipt date, HPA shall be responsible for the transportation costs incurred by adjusting the product size for the official product within two months.

3) During the warranty period, if it is deemed to comply with our warranty terms, HPA will be responsible for the transportation costs.
