  • Our Carpal Braces (Wrist) aid in the support of the front legs and are used for post-operative recovery, rehabilitative treatment, and injury prevention for at-risk animals.

What conditions justify the use of our canine/dog hock brace?

  • To avoid hyperextension or collapse of the Achilles tendon after an Achilles tendon injury

  • Postoperative fixation of the epiphyseal joint

  • Orthopaedics and protection of the tarsus after exostosis or enthesitis.

  • Leg support after walking difficulties

  • Reduces the risk of disease in older dogs or dogs with a history of disease.

 

We recommend the use of wrist braces in amputated dogs where a prosthesis cannot be worn.

This is because a three-legged dog's wrist has to bear more weight from the body, which can cause more damage to the wrist joint. Our Canine Wrist Brace provides additional support and protection for the wrist.

We do not accept returns or refunds on custom or used items


However, if the order is canceled before the device is made, we will work with you to refund the amount paid, minus the $100 for the casting kit. If the casting materials are unused, please feel free to send them back to us and we will work to refund the entire amount paid within 30 days of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Because each product is customised, we do not accept any kind of exchange, but if it is non-human damage that causes the prosthesis not to work properly, you can apply for our warranty terms and we will replace the parts or rebuild it for you free of charge.

 

Receipt of goods

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (non-custom items), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@healthypetagain.com.

(1)WARRANTY

1)HPA provides a full warranty of six months from the official product use for all custom brackets and prosthetics. If the product is not used according to instructions or there are signs of abuse, the warranty is invalid.

2)If there is a malfunction in the customized bracket or prosthesis, please contact HPA customer service department service@healthypetagain.com. This warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by abnormal wear and tear or improper use.

 

 

(2)SHIPPING

1) HPA is responsible for the transportation costs of formal products and accessories, but does not include transportation costs incurred for returns.

2) From the first receipt date, HPA shall be responsible for the transportation costs incurred by adjusting the product size for the official product within two months.

3) During the warranty period, if it is deemed to comply with our warranty terms, HPA will be responsible for the transportation costs.
